This special social media event will feature a live cooking demo sponsored by Weis Markets and UPMC. You’ll find out which tasty foods are good for your heart, while learning how to make delicious recipes for your valentine. You’ll also get tips on how to eat in moderation without giving up your favorite foods and how stress plays a role in cardiac events.
Join Erin Dunleavy, lead dietitian for Weis Markets, and Lindsay Bering, PA-C, cardiology, UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute, for this special Heart Month event. They will be sharing heart-healthy and Valentine-worthy meals and treats that are good for your heart in more ways than one.
Following the live social media cooking demo, the recipes will be posted on the Healthy Susquehanna Facebook page.

Along with this live presentation for Heart Month, Healthy Susquehanna is holding a Valentine’s Day recipe contest. Two lucky winners will receive a $50 Weis gift card! More information on the contest can be found on social media.
